John Pinto was a born Leader and Salesman.  Born and raised in the Highland Hts, Ohio area and Graduating from Cathedral Latin.   He worked selling a wide range of services.  However, what he loved most was People and Money.  He started in the Mortgage Business in 1984 working for Assured Mortgage, which later became Howard Hanna Mortgage.   After all these years, he still loves what he does  - From working with the First Time Homebuyer to his clients coming back to finance their 2nd, 3rd & 4th home.  However, his all-time favorite customer is the Veteran.  Protecting our country deserves A-1 service.   John still believes in basic originating as he did back in the 80’s – Face-to-Face consultations, know that you could see in the eyes of the customer and know that they understand.  His Team of Processors, Underwriters and Closers are the best in the business.  98% of the Loans John originated close.  Passion is what you will get – at Pre Approval and for many years forward.  That is why his customers come back to him repeatedly!
