I have been fortunate to be in mortgage lending for 38 years now. There have been many changes over the years, but one thing has not changed…my focus on the customer experience! Not only do I make myself accessible whenever needed, my number one priority is an easy transaction from start to finish. When I hear from a customer after closing on a survey, “I heard this was a difficult process and you made it so easy” that’s music to my ears.

Speaking of music, my hobby is playing drums in a few bands around town. What I enjoy most in life is being with my family and friends. Interestingly enough, some of my best friends began as customers and then we became friends after closing their mortgage.
