Bob Wilson NMLS #: 211438

Bob has spent most of his life in the Cleveland Metropolitan area.  Graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate Finance.  He joined Smythe Cramer in 1995, which later became Howard Hanna.  He has spent his entire career helping his customers find the right financing option to purchase their new home.  Bob enjoys guiding them through the pre-approval process all the way through closing. 

Bob lives with his wife Cindy in Strongsville.  He spent a great deal of time volunteering, while his sons were going up in Strongsville, coaching soccer and football.  He is a veteran of the US Navy where he spent 4 years aboard the USS John F Kennedy. 

Bob’s primary motivation in being a Mortgage Loan Originator is helping his customers achieve their goal of homeownership.  He makes himself available to his customers whenever needed.  He loves the phrase “there is no such thing as a dumb question”.  Bob will do all that he can to help you and is looking forward to that opportunity.
